Profil seçimi

Anonimleştirme profile göre çalışır. Önceden oluşturulmuş 4 hazır profil vardır. Bir profil seçtiğinizde, belirli miktarda veri önceden ayarlanmış olur. Elbette bunlar değiştirilebilir.

Genel arama

GLPI ile bir özniteliği yalnızca içinde bulunduğunuz bileşen türünde değil, tüm veri tabanında anonimleştirebilirsiniz. Diğer nesnelerde aranacak ve değiştirilecek öznitelikler seçeneği profilin en altında bulunur.

Not

İçinde bulunduğunuz bileşenin türüne bağlı olanlar dışında hiçbir değeri değiştiremezsiniz. Örneğin, E-posta profili ile veri tabanındaki tüm e-posta adreslerini değiştirebileceksiniz, ancak bu profil ile tüm kullanıcı telefon numaralarını değiştiremeyeceksiniz.

Profili uygulamak

Profili tamamladıktan sonra, uygulamanız gerekir. 2 yöntem kullanılarak uygulanabilir:

• İnternet arayüzü üzerinden toplu işlem (bulut ve özel kurulum)

• Komut satırı (yalnızca özel kurulum)

Toplu işlem (bulut ve özel kurulum)

Örneğimizde kullanıcı verilerini anonimleştireceğiz.

• Yönetim > Kullanıcılar bölümüne gidin. Anonimleştirmek istediğiniz kullanıcıyı veya kullanıcıları seçin.

• İşlemler üzerine tıklayın ve ardından seçilmiş ögeleri anonimleştir üzerine tıklayın.

Not

“Profiliniz varlıkları işliyorsa uyarlamak için, Yönetim > Varlıklar bölümüne gidin ve ilgili varlıklar için işlemi yineleyin. Aynısını bilgisayarlar, e-postalar vb. için de yapın.

Komut satırı ile (yalnızca özel kurulum)

• GLPI klasörünüze gidin (/var/www/glpi veya yapılandırmanıza bağlı olarak başka bir klasör):

Bir profil oluşturmak

Yukarıda belirtilenlerin dışında kalan verilerinizi anonimleştirmek için bir profil oluşturabilirsiniz.

• Yönetim > Anonimleştirme profili bölümüne gidin

• Ekle üzerine tıklayın

• Profilinize bir ad verin

• Bileşen türleri (aracı, etki alanı vb.) listesinden seçim yapın

• Geçmiş için ne yapılacağını seçin

• Her alan için parametreleri ayarlayın

• Ekle üzerine tıklayın

Değişikliklerinizi uygulamak için profil başvuru bölümüne başvurmayı unutmayın.
